At Crystal Quest, we want your home to shine with perfection. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original crystal-safe packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
